Questions people actually ask.

Straight answers about what Ask Health does, where we work, and how to get started.

Ask Health supports hospitals and post-acute care facilities in managing patients in place, so those patients can be treated where they already are instead of being sent back to the hospital. Ask Health uses a hybrid model that combines in-person specialty clinicians with digital monitoring, an approach aimed at reducing hospital readmissions. Ask Health works with family caregivers, clinicians, post-acute care facilities, and hospitals, and can be reached at (551) 277-4441.

Ask Health currently offers Neurology, Palliative Care, Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry & Counseling, Physiatry, Vascular Neurology, Brain Injury, Pain Management, and Neurocritical Care. Additional specialties are coming: Pulmonology, Nephrology, Cardiology, and Infectious Diseases. To ask whether a specific specialty is available for your facility or family member, contact Ask Health at (551) 277-4441 or support@askhealth.org.

Ask Health has two practice locations. Strength In Relief is at 27750 Middlebelt Rd, Suite 150, Farmington Hills, MI 48334. ASK Health Brain & Body Wellness is at 2454 N McMullen Booth Rd, Suite 606, Clearwater, FL 33759. Both locations share a central phone line at (551) 277-4441. Ask Health also delivers care through digital monitoring alongside in-person clinician visits.

No. Ask Health does not replace a facility's existing physicians. Ask Health adds specialty clinicians — in areas such as Neurology, Palliative Care, Psychiatry & Counseling, and Pain Management — who work alongside the facility's current care team. The goal is to bring specialty expertise and digital monitoring to patients where they already are, supporting the existing clinicians rather than substituting for them.

Timing depends on the specialty requested and the location, so Ask Health confirms availability directly rather than quoting a fixed wait. To get a specific answer for a patient or facility, call Ask Health at (551) 277-4441 or email support@askhealth.org. Ask Health's hybrid model pairs in-person specialty clinician visits with digital monitoring, so patients can be followed between visits.

Ask Health covers hospitals and post-acute care facilities, supporting patients who are being managed in place rather than transferred back to the hospital. Ask Health also operates two practice locations — Strength In Relief in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and ASK Health Brain & Body Wellness in Clearwater, Florida. Care is delivered through a combination of in-person specialty clinicians and digital monitoring.

All clinical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians practicing within an independently owned and operated medical practice, Ask Health PA. Ask Health LLP does not provide any medical, nursing, or other healthcare provider services. This structure separates the administrative and support entity from the medical practice that employs and oversees the treating clinicians.

To get started with Ask Health, call (551) 277-4441, email support@askhealth.org, or submit the contact form at ask-health.net. The form asks for first name, last name, email, phone (optional), your role, and a message. Ask Health's fax number is (201) 648-3058. The contact form and email are not for clinical advice or emergencies — for a medical emergency, call 911.
