Dr. Korya earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from New York University and his Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University. He completed his Neurology Residency at the University of Arizona and went on to complete fellowship training in Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care at Seton Hall University.

As a physician and healthcare leader, Dr. Korya founded Ask Health with a vision to make high-quality specialty care more accessible to patients wherever they need it. Through skilled nursing facilities, outpatient practices, hospital-based care, and telemedicine, he is committed to building innovative models of care that improve access, strengthen collaboration, and deliver better outcomes for patients.

At the heart of Dr. Korya's work is a belief that exceptional healthcare combines clinical expertise, innovative technology, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. That philosophy continues to guide the growth and mission of Ask Health.

He leads the Functional Pain & Rehabilitation Service across multiple hospitals and states, directing an interdisciplinary team focused on pain management, rehabilitation, addiction medicine, complex symptom management, and quality of life. His work across inpatient and outpatient settings has given him the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians across surgical, medical, and critical care specialties.

Dr. Aljassem completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Beaumont Health System in Royal Oak, Michigan, followed by fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine at the University of Michigan. His diverse clinical background has shaped a broad understanding of human function, recovery, and the many factors that influence how people feel and perform throughout their lives.

That philosophy is also at the heart of Ask Health, an organization Dr. Aljassem is deeply passionate about building. Ask Health was created around the idea that healthcare should be more connected, personal, and proactive. Rather than viewing health through the lens of a single diagnosis or specialty, the goal is to bring together the right expertise and resources to care for the whole person—from illness and recovery to performance, prevention, and long-term wellness.

His interests in health and wellness include metabolic health, body composition, weight management, physical performance, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and longevity. He believes the most effective approach begins with understanding the individual—their health, lifestyle, challenges, and goals—and developing a thoughtful, medically guided strategy around them.

At the center of Dr. Aljassem’s work is a commitment to helping people preserve what matters most as they age: strength, mobility, independence, energy, and quality of life. For him, wellness is not simply about living longer. It is about maintaining the health and vitality to continue doing the things that give life meaning.

Dr. Aljassem is also an Associate Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and has been recognized as a Detroit Top Doc in multiple specialties.

Her experience spans practice operations, revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, human resources, provider relations, and the development of new clinical service lines. At Ask Health, Ashley works closely with the founders and leadership team to strengthen operations, develop strong teams, and turn new ideas into sustainable programs that enhance both the patient and provider experience.

Ashley earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York Brockport in Health Science and is a Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) through the Practice Management Institute.

Outside of work, Ashley's favorite role is being a wife and mom to her two amazing kids. She loves cooking and entertaining for family and friends and can often be found on the golf course—where she loves the game, even if she'll probably still shoot 100!

Brooke began her career clinically as a Registered Dental Hygienist before expanding into healthcare operations, program development, sales, and business development. Combined with her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Pace University — with studies focused on speech, language, communication, and human development — her multidisciplinary background has shaped a distinctly relationship-driven approach to healthcare growth and innovation.

At Ask Health, Brooke has an aptitude for recognizing opportunity and connecting people, organizations, and ideas. A conversation can quickly become a “Wait…what if we did this?” — and evolve into a partnership, pilot, new market, or entirely new initiative. She is passionate about building sustainable partnerships that remove barriers to specialty care while creating meaningful value for patients, providers, and healthcare organizations.

Outside of Ask Health, Brooke is a wife and mom of two, a recent Florida transplant, and a firm believer that some of the best ideas start with the right people around a table. She loves entertaining, interior design, exploring new places, and creating a home that is usually ready for company — whether company was planned or not.

Leila has over 19 years of experience in nursing and adult medicine and has been practicing neurology since 2018. She has experience specializing in acute, subacute, long-term, and home-based patient care. She is passionate about helping, advocating for, and educating patients holistically on their medical needs.

When she is not working, Leila enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and other family members.

Haley is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based neurological care and takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their individual needs. She believes in patient education, shared decision-making, and developing personalized treatment plans that support each patient's health and quality of life.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Florida, and making memories with her young daughter. She strives to bring the same compassion and dedication to her patients that she brings to her family and community.

Kathryn is passionate about helping people better understand their health and achieve greater balance in both mind and body. She values lifelong learning and staying current with advances in healthcare.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing with her dog, staying physically active, traveling and exploring new places and cultures.

Paula's clinical background includes neurology, acute care, women's health, critical care, medical-surgical nursing, case management, and nursing education. Currently, Paula practices as a Nurse Practitioner in acute inpatient neurology, caring for patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, seizures, altered mental status, and other complex neurological disorders. She also has experience as a clinical instructor, which has allowed her to combine her passion for patient care with teaching and mentoring future nurses.

Outside of work, Paula is a busy mom of four and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, staying active, and continuing to learn and grow professionally. She is fluent in English and Portuguese, speaks Spanish, and has conversational proficiency in Italian. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and helping patients and families feel heard, supported, and involved in their healthcare.

Kifah provides compassionate, patient-centered care and values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her patients and their families. She enjoys being part of the Ask Health team and contributing to its mission of making high-quality neurological care more accessible to the communities we serve. Kifah is passionate about neurology and truly enjoys caring for her patients and being part of a team that makes a difference in their lives.

Outside of work, Kifah is a proud mom of three boys who keep her busy, laughing, and always on the go. She loves traveling, hiking, exploring new places, and, most of all, making memories with her family.

Mary Grace is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and believes in taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and goals. Her approach emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, patient education, and collaboration to help patients achieve the best possible health outcomes and quality of life.

As part of the Ask Health team, Mary Grace is committed to delivering accessible, high-quality neurological care while building meaningful, trusting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dima brings more than 10 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across residential treatment, school-based counseling, intensive in-home services, outpatient care, and rehabilitation settings. She earned her Masters from Montclair State University and has experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and individualized therapeutic support.

Dima is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, manage everyday stressors, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change by recognizing and building on their existing strengths. She believes every person's journey is unique and tailors her approach to each individual's needs, goals, and circumstances.

She is especially dedicated to supporting parents, children, and families. As a mother of three young children herself, Dima brings both professional knowledge and firsthand understanding of the challenges of parenting, balancing responsibilities, and navigating the demands of everyday family life.
